Helped a good friend and his wife close on a new house today (a HUGE one), just in time to get their daughter registered at the same middle school he went to as a kid.

Full circle moment for sure. I met Steve back in college - he was a good buddy’s little brother that got to Greeley two years after me and actually had the same dorm room I lived in, which was crazy enough. I hired Steve as a loan officer back in 2003’ish and he quickly became my best LO, breaking a company record.

Remember when we did 55 refis over the course of a few months for the SAME CLIENT???🤯 The good old days.

He got out of the mortgage biz and into the insurance biz as well as the doggy day care biz, as he and Brook now own a handful of them.

Congrats to some great people!

Being a lender can get stressful sometimes and isn’t for the faint of heart. But it’s the best job in the world when you get to work with cool people that appreciate the hard work.

Could not be happier for these first-time buyers! They had been looking for a while and were loving the rate movement we saw back in February.

found them a great house and got them under contract below list price with a nice seller credit, and of course that had to be the SAME weekend the Iran conflict started, which caused mortgage rates to spike that following week.

But they didn’t waver and still kept that glass half full mentality all the way to the closing table.

Congrats D & A! Truly some of the nicest, most appreciative clowns I’ve worked with.

Closings with Trevor and Anna are always a blast with lots of LOL’ing. And the GIF game is always strong.

Good thing we got another one under contract yesterday and get to do it all over again in a few weeks 🙌
