Being a lender can get stressful sometimes and isn’t for the faint of heart. But it’s the best job in the world when you get to work with cool people that appreciate the hard work.

Could not be happier for these first-time buyers! They had been looking for a while and were loving the rate movement we saw back in February.

found them a great house and got them under contract below list price with a nice seller credit, and of course that had to be the SAME weekend the Iran conflict started, which caused mortgage rates to spike that following week.

But they didn’t waver and still kept that glass half full mentality all the way to the closing table.

Congrats D & A! Truly some of the nicest, most appreciative clowns I’ve worked with.

Closings with Trevor and Anna are always a blast with lots of LOL’ing. And the GIF game is always strong.

Good thing we got another one under contract yesterday and get to do it all over again in a few weeks 🙌

Back in 2020, and I helped this awesome young couple by a condo as first time buyers.

The condo was perfect for them but they had a big (awesome) life change recently and needed something bigger!

In order to get the bigger place, they needed to list their condo so they could make contingent offers.

Stacy got that condo listed, under contract, and closed within a few weeks, and the rest is history!

These folks had a nice low COVID rate on their last place, and while they were kind of sad to give that up, they couldn’t be happier with their decision to sell and buy something that was a much better fit for their growing family.

Love being a part of this story and other stories like theirs.
