This past Saturday, the team at Apple Valley Insurance had the privilege of volunteering alongside Friends Helping Friends RI to serve members of our community experiencing homelessness and hardship.

Together, we helped distribute meals, hygiene products, snacks, and care bags to those in need. With beautiful weather and even more beautiful people, it was truly a meaningful day filled with compassion, connection, and community.

We want to give a special thank you to Lew Pryeor and Pierre, the heart and soul of Friends Helping Friends RI. Their dedication, kindness, and tireless efforts to help others every single day are truly inspiring. Seeing the impact they make firsthand was humbling, and we are grateful to have been a small part of their mission.

💙 Giving Back to Our Community 💙

Today, the team at Apple Valley Insurance Agency will be putting together care bags for members of the unhoused community that will be distributed this weekend.

The bags will include essential hygiene items and snacks to help provide comfort and support to those in need. We are proud to be partnering with Friends Helping Friends RI on this effort.

If you would like to contribute, donations of hygiene products and individually packaged snacks can be dropped off at our office anytime before Saturday.

Apple Valley Agency is proud to be collaborating with Friends Helping Friends RI on June 13th to support members of our community who are experiencing homelessness and hardship.

Our staff will be distributing essential items including ponchos, bags, tissues, hand sanitizer, lip balm, food, and other necessities to those in need. We are excited to involve our clients, friends, and community members in this important effort as well.
