After every meeting with our realtor she would say "your lender will request for documents xyz from you " and every time we would get to say "Dawn already has requested and recieved that" She is always 1-2 steps ahead and it made the process run so much smoother for us. I don't think this process could have gone any more perfect! We are so thankful for Dawn!
