Since 2024 we've only experienced 6 windows of rate lowering, evidenced by the graph of U.S. Treasuries below. Each lowering period literally lasted for a day, or just a few days (notice the line bounce back up right after). I'm currently using a strategy to COMBAT this! And whether your purchasing or refinancing we will STRIKE when the time is right, saving you money, time, and worry.
