Hi everyone! We hope that you are all off to a great start to 2018! We have been working hard on finding new opportunities for home renovations! We have a few things brewing and look forward to sharing them when they are finalized. We wanted to let everyone know a few different things. 1 is that 57 Hartland Blvd in East Hartland is still available. It is a gorgeous 3 bed 4 bathroom colonial located at the top of the mountain next to Berg field and less than a mile from Hartland school. Its in a great location and you have the opportunity to send you kids to numerous high schools in the area without paying the high taxes of neighboring towns. This house also has a two car garage which comes in handy in the winter like many of us have seen thus far in 2018. 2nd is that we are offering a 500 dollar finders fee for anyone that finds house that we can renovate and will get that once we close on the house. Its a very easy way to make money.
