From creating a game plan in February to getting the keys to their dream home today! 🏡🔑❤️

This closing is such a special one! 🥹

I first met with my borrowers back in February, when we sat down and created a game plan to get them on the path to homeownership. They trusted the process, followed through with our plan, and before we knew it, they were officially PREAPPROVED! 🙌🏼

Then came the fun part… HOUSE HUNTING! 🏡 They toured several homes, submitted a few offers, and through it all, remained patient and trusted that the right home would come along.

And sure enough, IT DID! ❤️ They found the perfect home, submitted their offer, and it was ACCEPTED! 🎉 The rest is history!

From a game plan in January to HOMEOWNER in September! 🏡🔑

I first met with David and his brother back in January. We sat down, went over their credit, created a savings plan, and put together an overall game plan to get them both on the path to homeownership.

Fast forward a few months… his brother closed on his home last month, and now it’s David’s turn! 🥹👏🏼

David is officially a first-time homebuyer, and I couldn’t be more proud of him. He stayed focused, followed the plan, and trusted the process , and today he gets to call a home his own. ❤️

This is why I always say: you don’t have to be ready today. You just have to be ready to start. Sometimes all you need is a plan and someone willing to help you get there.

Back in 2021, I had the privilege of helping these two purchase their very first home. Fast-forward to 2026 , their family has grown, they outgrew that first home, and it was time for their next chapter. 🥹

They were able to sell their first home, take the equity they had built over the years, and put it toward their beautiful forever home. 🏡✨

There’s something so rewarding about watching homeownership come full circle like this. That first home served its purpose, gave them a place to grow their family and build equity, and ultimately helped them get into the home that fits the beautiful life they’ve built today.

I am SO incredibly proud of this girl! 🥹❤️

Today, my dear friend purchased her second home with me, and this one feels extra special. She is a single mom who has worked so hard to build a beautiful life for herself and her children, and she did this all on her own. 🏡✨

We have been friends since elementary school, and it has been such a blessing to watch her grow, overcome challenges, and continue to create an amazing life for her family. Getting to help her purchase not just one, but now two homes is something I will always be grateful for.

She is truly the BEST example to her children of what hard work, determination, and believing in yourself can accomplish. Her kids are so lucky to have a mama like her. ❤️
