I've always loved tinkering in the yard.

Moving a plant. Pulling a few weeds. Pruning what's overgrown. Noticing what needs a little more sun, water, or room to grow. It's rarely about one dramatic transformation. Just the steady work of paying attention and making thoughtful adjustments.

In many ways, that's how I think about my work with my clients, too.

My job isn't to force growth, but to listen closely, ask questions, recognize what's already there, and help cultivate conditions that could lead to flourishing. Just a little bit at a time. What a privilege it is to be a part of that.
