Is your advisory team continuing to invest, evolve, and build the depth needed to support your family not just today, but for decades to come?
That's a question Scott Glaze and Jason Koptish spent a lot of time thinking about last week while away in Dallas meeting with advisory firms from around the country.
One theme that stood out throughout discussions was how quickly the wealth management industry continues to change. Over the last 20+ years of building Mainsail Wealth Advisors, it's become increasingly clear to us that the financial lives of the families we serve have grown significantly more complex. The role of an advisory team today extends far beyond managing investments. Clients are looking for guidance, coordination, communication, and a team that can support their family through multiple stages of life.
Our cohort spent an entire day debating and discussing how leading firms are approaching challenges like:
- Using technology and innovation to deliver more insightful and proactive planning
- Designing scalable infrastructure without sacrificing responsiveness or personal service
- Developing and mentoring the next generation of talented advisors
- Building cultures that attract and retain exceptional people
- Continuing to elevate the client experience as firms grow
We always leave these sessions energized about what's ahead for our team. We're confident that by investing in our people, developing future advisors, and building a culture people want to be part of, we will continue building a better experience for the families we serve.
Thank you Ray Sclafani, ClientWise LLC and Barron's Advisor for a great session.
