One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is how much independence forces you to trust your own judgment.
There’s no committee.
No hierarchy.
No “let me run this up the chain.”
It’s you — your experience, your values, your clarity.
And once you learn to trust that, something shifts.
You become more decisive, more confident, and more grounded in the way you serve.
Independence didn’t just give me freedom.
It strengthened my instincts.
