This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping an office running smoothly, and working in a professional—but personable—environment.

Responsibilities may include:

• Greeting clients and answering phones
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Organizing, scanning, and processing client documents
• Preparing correspondence and assisting with general office tasks
• Tracking deadlines and following up with clients
• Providing administrative support to our accounting and tax team
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive financial information

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Dependability and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confidence using computers, email, and Microsoft Office
• The ability to learn new programs and office procedures
• Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information

Previous administrative, bookkeeping, payroll, tax-office, or accounting experience is helpful but not required for the right person.

This is a full time position. Additional hours may be needed during tax season. Compensation will be based on experience.
