I had multiple ways to reach her, she responded quickly to all my messages and there was never a delay in getting answers to any of my questions. She is very professional and expert level at her job. There were a few hiccups on our end and she responded to them all in a proficient manner so we could close as quickly as possible. She even had to deal with a less than professional sellers realtor and Tanya handled the situation with the highest level of respect and composure. She should be the face of Nova Home Loans.

This was our first home and she couldn't have made the process smoother. Nothing is ever going to go 100% perfectly your first time buying a home, but when the confusing or difficult moments came up, Tanya was the first person to email, call, or do whatever needed to be done to make sure things were handled properly. Our situation was complicated because of our eligibility for certain loans and financing for physicians, but Tanya took the time to help us understand what to do. She also went above and beyond what we asked for and expected, getting us an even better interest rate, and credit towards our closing costs! In short, there is nothing bad to say about Tanya, and she is part of the reason I have nothing bad to say about the entire process of getting our first home. I couldnt recommend her and Nova highly enough, and I know that she will be the first person I reach out to if I ever seek to buy a new home, rental, or have a friend looking to do the same. Very grateful to have had such a wonderful advocate in our corner!!
