I was so blessed to work with these clients again, this time helping them purchase their new home with conventional financing!
When we bought their first home with a VA loan, one was in Korea and the other was in California, so neither of them had actually seen the house in person! 👀📸 They took a leap of faith, fell in love with it, and ended up living there for more than four years.
Now it was time for a new chapter and a move closer to the school district where they’re now rooted. The husband has retired from serving as an Army chaplain and is now a teacher in the same school my kids attended, which made this one feel especially close to home for me.
They decided to keep their first home to rent it out, and today, we got to celebrate closing on their next one! 🔑
I’m just so grateful they trusted me with their homeownership journey twice. There’s nothing better than getting to help clients through the next chapter.
