Employee Spotlight…meet Kayla!!
Kayla is the Group Benefits Coordinator at Schneider and Associates. She genuinely enjoys helping businesses make sense of employee benefits. Kayla is passionate about building meaningful relationships, being a reliable resource for employers, and making the benefits process feel a little less overwhelming. She believes great service is all about being responsive, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile.
Kayla loves connecting with people, solving problems, and helping create benefits experiences that work well for both businesses and their teams. She is an active member of her local BNI chapter and proudly serves as a BNI Ambassador for two additional chapters in the community.
Outside of work, Kayla and her husband love spending their time outdoors and making the most of life in Florida. You may find this fun-loving couple kayaking on a Florida river, playing a round of disc golf, or taking their two dogs on an adventure— their 15-year-old large mixed Weimaraner and their 2-year-old miniature dapple Dachshund.
Kayla and her hubby are also big fans of discovering local music wherever they go. They especially love traveling to catch her brother’s band, Big Deep, whenever they get the chance! 🎶🛶🐾
