Just because your home owner’s Insurnace is escrowed doesn’t mean you are locked in to that policy, carrier or agent. You can still shop around at renewal. You SHOULD shop around at every insurance renewal.

If your Florida Citizens Insurnace renewal increased drastically, contact your agent. They may have applied a non primary residence fee. If your home is homesteaded and your primary residence you shouldn’t be paying that fee.

I just got a call asking if I still do life insurance. YES I do! Still licensed and active!

As a whole, I feel like the industry is too salesy for me. I wholeheartedly believe it is a necessity not a luxury. I‘m just not out there pushing it on people. I am available 7 days a week, day and night for all your insurance needs.

I run off of referrals, word of mouth and repeat clients. I am a wealth of information for anyone who has questions about term life, whole life, accidental, savings plans, children’s plans and college savings, supplemental health and Medicare!

I do not cold call folks or purchase “leads”, more power to the hardworking and dilgent agents that do, it’s just not for me.
