🥂 14 YEARS! 🥂
On November 1, 2012, I officially became an agency owner. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. 🤣
Fourteen years later, I can confidently say that owning a small business is not for the faint of heart! There have been incredible highs, some pretty tough lows, countless lessons learned, and plenty of moments when I’ve questioned my own sanity. 😂
But would I do it all over again? Absolutely. (Although I might have a few words of advice for 2012 Judy!)
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some pretty amazing people, serving thousands of families, building lifelong friendships, and becoming even more connected to the community I love.
One thing I’ve learned? This business has never been just about insurance. It’s about people. The customers who trust us, the incredible team I get to work with every day, and the friends, family, and community who have supported this crazy adventure.
I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built together. We’ve weathered some storms (literally and figuratively — we do live on the Gulf Coast 🤪), navigated an ever-changing industry, celebrated big wins, and figured out how to roll with the punches.
To my team, our customers, my family, and everyone who has been part of this journey — THANK YOU! Whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or just recently found us, I’m grateful for you.
Fourteen years of hard work, growth, laughter, a few headaches, and enough coffee to fill a swimming pool. ☕️
