Alright, I’m officially admitting it… 😂

One of my favorite weird food combinations is mayo on hot dogs 🌭 and yes, I know some of you are probably judging me already. But I stand by it. There’s just something about it that works.

And now I need to know I’m not alone in having questionable food preferences. 😂

What’s your weird food combo? The one you love that other people hear about and immediately say, “Wait… you eat WHAT together?”

HOME BUYERS: THIS is the kind of thing that can make your lender suddenly become Sherlock Holmes. 😂🔎

You’re cruising through the mortgage process and then underwriting asks:

“Soooo… where did this $8,000 deposit come from?” 👀

Don’t panic. Large or unusual deposits don’t automatically mean something is wrong — they just may need to be documented.

That’s why I always tell my clients: don’t guess, don’t stress, and definitely don’t move money around without asking first. 😅

My job is to help you understand what underwriting wants, why they want it, and how to get it cleared as smoothly as possible.
