Happy Monday!

Here is a great article from CNBC on how mortgage rates are declining to share with clients. I am excited for the next three months! Seriously, it is going to be a situation of 'if you’re not first, you’re last!'

Mortgage rate decline pulls buyers back into the housing market (msn.com)

Conventional 30-Year rates are in the mid 6's and Government loans (VA and FHA) are in the mid-to-high 5's. The 15-Year conventional rates are solidly in the 5's. Both are dependent on credit scores... but a huge improvement from late November. Keep in mind, Rand & Associates, Inc. has NO lender fees for origination, processing, underwriting, or other junk fees.

Wow! Thursday night was a blast! What an incredible Chili Cook-off fundraiser thrown by the Burleson Area Realtors Tour Group. We raised nearly $7800 in the scholarship fund for local students!

I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to be a sponsor for such a great cause! Thank you to everyone involved with setting up the event and to all of those who came! Looking forward to next year's cook-off already!
