Nicole Carpenter - Platinum Eagle Mortgage I started in the mortgage industry in 2001, at the ground floor. I have been a Loan Officer since 2005.

I have since worked my way up through most of the mortgage industry, including post-closing auditor and mortgage processor. With over 20 years of mortgage experience, Nicole understands that knowledge is power, so she continually keeps up to date on the financial markets to better understand the forces that drive interest rates. With a combination of her knowledge, experience and attention to detail, Nicole has become a vital resource for clients and lending partners. She has experience with all types of loan programs, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and Manufactured Homes, Down Payment Assistance, as well as Jumbo Mortgage Programs. She took the time to develop a valuable tool for first-time homebuyers called "Road to Homeownership" which provides a detailed map for her clients wishing to purchase their first home

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Nicole Carpenter by Andrew R - One person made it amazing, Nicole Carpenter! She is simply amazin, she walked me through every step of the process even things to do with credit that isn't even a part of get job. I would recommend Nicole to anyone looking to buy a home, but even more to first time home buyers like myself that have no clue how it all works. Nicole wasn't only professional, but very kind and personable. Nicole was also so easy to stay in contact and ask questons no matter what time day or night they came to me . Thank you Nicole for everything .

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Nicole Carpenter by Natasha J - Nicole was very communicative in the whole process. She made it a point to call every Friday to share updates and if we weren't available, she would leave a message and always returned our calls. The process from start to finish was seamless and we closed a day early.

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Nicole Carpenter by Madison F - We could not have asked for a better lender than Nicole! From start to finish, she was extremely timely, communicative, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. She kept us updated every single week, answered all of our questions, and made the entire home buying process feel so much easier and less stressful. We always felt like we were in great hands and that she genuinely cared about helping us through the process. We truly cannot say enough good things about Nicole and our experience with her. There is honestly nothing we would change, she was absolutely amazing! We would recommend her to anyone looking for a lender!
