Let’s talk interest rates and 2022….rate increases every day since Dec 31 and I don’t see them improving for some time. Speculation is that with the Feds Most recent comments regarding their desire to stem inflation, bonds are going to take a hit initially, a.k.a. rates are going to rise. 
Property values most likely will continue to increase, albeit not at the double digit rates of 2021 but a more modest appreciation of 8–9% or so. Rates are still in the 3’s, right now is probably the best time to get off the fence if you’re thinking about buying as competition for homes isn’t as great as it may be in a few months.
