Sellers: thinking about cutting your price? There may be a better move.

Instead of a price drop, offer that same amount as a seller credit: money from the seller that goes toward the buyer’s costs at closing. Pair it with the Alpha Mortgage Corporation Listing Booster, and the buyer can put those dollars toward discount points that lower their interest rate for the life of the loan.
