Got a call from one of my Underwriters this morning.
For most Loan Officers, that would create immediate anxiety.
What's wrong? Did I make a mistake? Is there a problem with a loan? Does the buyer suddenly not qualify? Are you adding some stupid condition we need to start a war over?

Nope.

"MORGAN, one of my chickens died and I don't know why! It was Chicken Nugget 😔"

When my Underwriters call, I get excited to talk to them. By no means is it a sign of impending doom - although THIS news wasn't great news 😅

I don't have to worry about tit for tat bickering with Underwriters in my community at Movement. They're my friends. We've helped hundreds of people buy and refinance homes together, as a team, for 6 years. When there is a problem, it is one we resolve together 🫰🏽.

Except for Chicken Nugget. There are no solutions for Chicken Nugget's predicament.
