Such an amazing luncheon today with Bernadine from the city of Fayetteville and Bill with NC housing finance agency, giving us all the information for the down payment assistance programs they offer! We can never have too much info on these programs! Our clients need us to have all the knowledge possible. Good morning all! Friendly reminder that tomorow morning 11/12 at 9:00am is our mortgage bankers breakfast social at Rainbow restaurant off Ramsey st. We are still collecting the $25 doodling gift cards for family promise as well.
Breakfast is always a great time, so I hope to see you all there!

Hi MBA Fam!
Marilyn sent out an email today with information regarding our annual family promise service project. This email has a lot of information on what is still needed and deadlines in which we need it.
We have received our list of children and their wish lists early this year to give us all time to shop for their items and get everything turned in. Please get with Marilyn on how many children you want to sponsor. We also still need household items to fill the family baskets and $25 food lion gift cards. We are extending this out to realtor partners, builders, insurance agents, whoever you think may want to join in and help this year.
Please read your emails for all the detailed information and thank you so much for all that you do to help these children and their families have a wonderful Christmas!
