September is National Preparedness Month, and a few simple steps can help your household be ready:

🔦 Keep an emergency kit stocked with essentials.
📱 Make sure your CCEC contact information is current for outage updates.
🏠 Talk through a family emergency plan.
⚡ Always use portable generators outdoors and follow proper safety guidelines.

🎉 Congratulations to Nate Hart on his new role as Energy Services Technician!

Nate joined Cass County Electric Cooperative in 2025 as a Meter and Apparatus Technician, bringing more than five years of electrical experience. He also holds a Master Electrician license in both North Dakota and Minnesota.

We’re excited to see Nate bring his experience and knowledge to the Energy Services team as he steps into his new role.
