What a day! 💙

To everyone who joined ND ATD for More Human Than Ever! with Kassy LaBorie, THANK YOU!

The ideas were valuable, but what really made the day special was all of you: the conversations, connections, questions, laughter, and willingness to learn together.

A huge thank you to Kassy LaBorie for bringing your expertise, energy, and unmistakably human approach to our ND ATD community.

We’re also incredibly grateful for the members, attendees, and volunteers who make experiences like this possible. Our talent development community is stronger because of the people who show up, share what they know, and invest in one another.

The conference may be finished, but we hope you’ll carry the connections and ideas forward.

And we’re just getting started.

Connection was a common theme from those who attended our Fall Summit: More Human Than Ever! with the master connector, ✨Kassy LaBorie.

hashtag members Jeff Irwin and Teresa King certainly felt the connection!

Thanks to all who attended - what an energizing day!

Our first ND ATD Podcast Club is in the books!

We had a great conversation about optimizing learning and development, and one question really stuck with us: Does your workplace training feel more like a trip to the DMV than an opportunity to learn?

From rethinking traditional training to making learning more meaningful, we explored what it really means to optimize L&D.

🫵 Your turn!
If you could send one outdated training practice to the DMV waiting room forever, what would it be?

Thanks to everyone who joined us!

📅 Next month, we're listening to Patrick Lencioni's At the Table. Stay tuned for details!
