People often see the accomplishments.
They see the promotions.
They see the growth.
They see the success.
What they don't always see is the person standing beside you through all of it.
For me, that person is my wife, Sonja.
When I made a career change after more than 30 years in the restaurant industry, there were no guarantees. There was uncertainty, risk, and plenty of moments where belief mattered more than results.
Through it all, Sonja has been my biggest supporter, my sounding board, my encourager, and at times, the one who believed in me when I was struggling to believe in myself.
She has celebrated the wins, helped me navigate the challenges, and made sacrifices that most people will never see.
As a financial advisor and now as a Market Director, I've learned that success is rarely an individual accomplishment. Behind most successful people is someone who encouraged them, challenged them, supported them, and helped them keep moving forward when things got difficult.
Today, I'm grateful for the career I've built, the people I've been able to help, and the advisors I've had the privilege to coach and mentor.
But I'm equally grateful for the woman who has walked beside me every step of the way.
Thank you, Sonja.
I couldn't have done it without you.
