While this is an open forum, we intend to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere. Please use appropriate language at all times when posting and/or commenting on our wall. By submitting any content you grant Apple Federal Credit Union the right to use this content in any and all Apple FCU websites, including social media channels, print, and other media, without payment
or any other considerations. Keep in mind all posts and comments will be reviewed and any items that do not comply with the following standards will be removed:
1) Please do not share personal information such as your account number, credit card number, phone number, email address, etc. To protect the privacy of our Members, we’ll take these types of conversations offline for a resolution. You can also contact our Call Center at 703-788-4800 or through the chat feature in your Online Banking. We’re available Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm. and Saturday, 9:00am – 12:00pm. Card Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all numbers are listed at AppleFCU.org/ContactUs.
2) If you post a comment about a specific issue, we will do everything we can to contact you directly and resolve any issues.
3) Please keep the conversations clean. The content we deem graphic, obscene, explicit, racial, or disparaging in any form or context is not permitted.
4) Content we consider to be abusive, hateful, inflammatory or intended to defame any person(s) and/or entity is not permitted.
5) No soliciting is allowed. Posts with unauthorized commercial content will be deleted.
6) Comments that vary greatly from the theme of a particular discussion thread are subject to removal.
7) Participation on our page is done so at your own risk; therefore, you are taking personal responsibility for your posts/comments, your username, and any information you provide.
8) Note that the appearance of external links on this site does not constitute official endorsement by Apple Federal Credit Union.
