ting and guiding individuals on the biggest purchase of their lifetime. Putting people into homes is incredibly rewarding; owning a home is every person’s dream. One of the most fulfilling opportunities I have is to work with first-time homebuyers. The DMV metro area has excellent first-time homebuying programs like D.C. Open Doors, Maryland Mortgage Programs, and Virginia Housing Development Authority. Often the individual counties partner with the state for additional benefits for the buyer. I’ve been in the mortgage industry for 25 years. I have had the opportunity to live in quite a few places in my life, but primarily I have lived in Northern Virginia and North Dallas, Texas. Helping Veterans is close to my heart. My husband, a Navy Nuclear Engineer; my deceased brother-in-law, also Navy; and my father, who was in the Air Force, realize their American dream is all anyone can ask for in a career. We will work tirelessly to make homeownership possible, helping my borrowers find the loan program best for each individual’s unique situation. When I’m not helping clients, I support the Loudoun County Schools and their free lunch/breakfast program. I also support the Loudoun County Foster Children/Adoption program. Supporting my community and county is very important to me, and I volunteer as much as possible. I have the unique hobby of racing cars, which is how I spend a lot of my weekends from March to November.
