Our customers are the bankers and brokers who refer their clients to us. Their clients, the business owners, are usually borrowers in need of transitional financing who have good equity and a plan. These business owners may have been turned down for a bank loan based on their previous track record (or lack of one), credit, or the uniqueness of the collateral or loan request. We also work with borrowers who seek long term financing in situations where traditional bank financing is not available. For owner occupied commercial real estate, we loan up to 90% of the purchase price in conjunction with loans we can arrange with the SBA. We can work with these clients even after they’ve exhausted their possibilities with a traditional bank. Our financing model depends on extensive underwriting of the property and the borrower and we approach each customer individually, from the loan’s inception to final payoff.
