This year’s theme, Rural Innovation: Build, Connect, Grow, will focus on manufacturing, networking, and collaboration, bringing together leaders and innovators from across Del Norte, Humboldt, Lake, Mendocino, Trinity counties, and neighboring tribal lands.

Meet the North Edge team—then and now! These are the people working every day to support small businesses, strengthen communities, and help grow a more resilient and equitable economy. 🎉

Ross builds capital stacks and holds the team together at the office. He loves to tell stories and play trombone with the Scotia Band!

Brandi is likely the first person you'll talk to at North Edge. She's generous with bringing in game or fish after her many outdoor adventures

Kelly makes sure our child care providers and families get what they need from the Child Care Stabilization Fund. For fun, she enjoys writing short stories and has entered some contests! Like any good writer, she also loves cats.

Tracy manages all of our organization's finances and has overseen finding-free audits every year. She's quick with a laugh, rich with friends and always looking for a new adventure!

Pam is the person who coordinates all the RR RISE reports. She is also a sommelier and teaches classes around the community.

Hannah not only underwrites, packages, and processes loans, but she also educates the community about North Edge Lending. On the weekends, she rolls up her sleeves and rehabs old properties.

Kelli underwrites, packages and processes the most complicated loans and scrupulously manages the North Edge lending team. She loves to relax at the lake with her family, and she deserves it. Kelli is our longest employee, having been at North Edge for 25 years!

Michael manages to ensure everyone keeps their loan obligations current, and he does it with a smile. He's a new homeowner, a dad and a HUGE sports fan . . . especially the San Francisco 49ers.

Susan loves to entertain guests at her home, but she is just as happy with a quiet walk in the woods or working on a jigsaw puzzle.
