Thank you, Susanna, for 4 years of dedicated service to our customers! Anyone who’s worked with Susanna knows her kindness is unmatched. She goes the extra mile for clients, especially when it comes to navigating the claims process.

Susanna has been a tremendous help to both Kathleen and Hailie, supporting Medicare clients and property & casualty clients alike, while also helping many Wallowa Countians access health insurance through the Marketplace.

It comes as bittersweet news that Susanna will be stepping away from our office later this month. We’re sad we won’t get to see her smile and contagious good spirit in the office anymore, but we’re so excited for her next chapter.
