Driving out in the country today, I spotted a sign for fresh baked sourdough… so of course we had to detour. 😋

We ended up finding the cutest little home bakery, Sassy Kneads Sourdough, and everything looked so good! The sourdough was incredibly fresh, and Ryker had to try the sourdough snickerdoodles… AMAZING. 🤤

I absolutely love seeing little signs at the end of country driveways for farm fresh eggs, baked goods, flowers and other locally made goodies. There’s just something about it that keeps the charm of Ellensburg alive. ❤️

And if I have the choice, I’ll always choose supporting a local family and small business.

25 years of helping clients, and every once in a while you get a loan that truly tests everyone involved. 😅

This one came with more challenges than it ever should have, including working through an outside underwriting group that was not affiliated with 1st Security Bank and made the process far more difficult than it needed to be.

But giving up was never an option. We kept pushing, kept working through every hurdle, and WE CLOSED! 🙌

I’m so incredibly happy for my clients. They hung in there through a tough process and, in the end, scored a great house! 🏡❤️
