Drove by a home tonight that some clients recently bought out in the country. They were so excited about their move… and tonight, seeing them hosting a Halloween party, costumes and all, just made me smile. 🎃🧡

I get to help with the home loan, but seeing people settled in and making memories in the home they were so excited about… that’s a pretty special part of what I do.

I love when a dream becomes reality. ❤️

I recently sat down with some past clients who were ready to upgrade their home and had a pretty specific wish list for what came next.

We completed their preapproval, talked through a home they had their eye on and made sure the numbers worked. Once everything looked good, I told them to call their agent and go see it!

They toured the home, made a contingent offer and got it accepted. Then they received an offer on their current home, and now everything is officially closed!

They’re settling into their beautiful new home, and I couldn’t be happier for them. Thank you for trusting me to help you through another chapter. This is truly the best part of what I do. 🏡❤️
