Just finished my fifth year with the Top Ellensburg Rodeo Top Hands. It's just a bunch of cool people with all sorts of different skills and talent working together to put together the best rodeo in the world, the Ellensburg Rodeo. We work hard and play hard and I'm looking forward to starting my sixth year!

I'm a proud Wildcat alum supporting CWU Athletics with my Evergreen Home Loans NMLS 3182 teammates at yesterday's 24th annual Kitna Wildcat Classic at Suncadia. It was fun to hang out with CWU athletes and coaches, even taking a group photo of the Wildcat Cheerleaders who celebrated every one of our tee shots. To no shock to anyone...........Steve, Carl and Amy all played better than me. Thanks to Legends Sports Photos for the pic on tee box #10!

Congratulations to my friends Dan and Kristina for planting new family roots in Wyoming! And thank you to my friend Scott Huntington at Evergreen Home Loans for a great partnership in getting this Step Up financing done where Dan and Kristina were able to use the equity in their departing residence as a down payment before they even sold their home here in Washington. Unique financing, great partnerships, happy homeowners!

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Jon Guddat by Ryan M - Jon was incredibly quick to respond, answer ANY questions we had. It was a slam dunk from start to finish, and the smoothest loan process we have experienced. THANK YOU JON!

I'm happy to be a part of the Ellensburg Rodeo Top Hands for another year. Last night we partnered with the Ellensburg Rodeo Board of Directors and Whipsaw Brewery to put together the first ever Rodeo Trivia Night to have a great time and encourage those interested in helping out to volunteer for the annual event.

Congratulations to Kamryn and Matt, who within an hour of closing on this home already had the carpet out and the electrician in the crawl space! This happy couple have been anxiously waiting to make this home their own! I'm so very thankful and happy for these clients!
