A little work.
A little life.
A lot happening in between.

A little bit of nothing and everything. Food, fits, fresh cuts and a little fun. Which one are you picking?

Attention is easy to get.

What you do with it is what matters.

At REG, we’re not interested in creating content just to fill a feed. We’re building campaigns designed to move people.

We’re not impressed by numbers.

We’re interested in what the numbers produce.

From the post, to the DM, to the registration, to showing up in real life, every piece should lead somewhere.

Different campaigns. Same goal.

Turn attention into action.

Turn action into participation.

Turn participation into relationships.

And ultimately, turn those relationships into something valuable for everyone involved.

If you’re a business, organization, or brand looking to build something people actually want to be part of, let’s talk.

Everybody talks about who you know.

I’m learning it matters just as much what you do with the relationships you have.

Who are you connecting?

Whose name are you bringing into a room when they’re not there?

Who do you think about when an opportunity crosses your desk?

And just as importantly, what value are you bringing to the people around you?

A real network isn’t measured by how many people you know.

It’s measured by what starts happening because you know each other.

Bring something to the table.

Then make the table bigger.

Not everyone is going to understand the vision.

And not everyone is going to want to see you win.

Arturo and I got into this during our Built in El Paso conversation. The criticism, the doubt, the closed doors and learning not to let any of it take you off course.

I’ve learned you can let those things distract you, or you can learn how to use them.

Use the doubt as motivation.
Use the setbacks as lessons.
Use the closed doors as another reason to keep building.

Sometimes even the people rooting against you become part of the fuel.

You don’t need everyone to believe in what you’re building.

Keep building anyway.

Why not us?

Details matter.

Every stitch. Every placement. Every choice.

Collection 01 is our first expression of REG Lifestyle™, so we wanted the details handled with the same intention as the idea itself.

Much love to the team at 320PRINT for helping us bring it to life.

This isn’t just merch. It’s the beginning of something we intend to build.

El Paso has never been short on people willing to build.

This city is full of entrepreneurs, families, creators, business owners and people willing to bet on the place they call home. Yes, there are real challenges… access to capital, wages, red tape, but those challenges do not get to define who we are.

There are countless opportunities to do business here, serve people here, create jobs here and build something that matters here. The future of El Paso will be shaped by the people who choose to see what is possible and do the work.

We believe in El Paso. We believe in its people. And we believe some of the best opportunities are still waiting to be built.

What do you think El Paso needs more of?

08/13/2026

Built in El Paso starts here.

For our first conversation, we sat down with Arturo Alluin. A local restaurant owner who made the decision to build something of his own right here in El Paso.

We talked about what it takes to build in this city: the challenges, the opportunities, the risk, and why people continue choosing El Paso as the place to create something that lasts.

This is what Built in El Paso is about.

The entrepreneurs. The creators. The business owners. The builders and risk-takers shaping this city from the inside out.

Because opportunity isn’t always somewhere else.

Sometimes, you build it right where you are.

What are you building in El Paso?
