We're no longer Farmers Insurance, but we are Health Plans of Texas. We are here to help you with all of your Medicare and health insurance needs.

Health Plans of Texas is a health insurance agency that provides plans from all of the major carriers. Medicare Advantage and Supplement plan options as well as Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) options are available.

I came into 2023 in search of a way to streamline my business model. On March 1 of this year, I pulled the trigger and decided to sell the property & casualty side of my book of business. The deal closed on June 1 and I have sold my entire stake in Farmers. I will now be laser focused on my still-growing baby, Health Plans of Texas. I like to think of it as ending Volume I and continuing onto Volume II in a two-volume series.

I’d like to thank Farmers, my DM Jaime Vela, and his staff, Vanessa Ortiz and Gabby Torres for all of the support over the past 13 years.

Most importantly, I’d like to thank all of my clients that gave me their trust and the opportunity to insure their homes, autos, and businesses. However, I will still be around for many of you. If you have your health insurance through me, I will continue be your agent.
