Happy Monday, Northern Colorado!

It's a new week, a fresh start, and another opportunity to make things happen!

I'm starting this Monday feeling AMAZING, motivated, and ready to get to work!

One of my favorite things about owning a small business is the opportunity to build relationships, support my community, and help people protect what they've worked so hard for.

My calendar is OPEN, my coffee is brewing, and I'm ready to welcome new clients!

Yesterday was such a special day for Pacheco Insurance Group! Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate my ribbon cutting. Your support, encouragement, and kindness mean so much to me, and I’m still smiling thinking about it all!

🍂 **Fall Gutter Check: Protect Your Home Before Winter**

Clogged gutters are a leading cause of preventable water damage. In Northern Colorado, trapped water freezes into ice dams that force meltwater under shingles and into ceilings, or overflows and pools against your foundation.

**Quick fall checklist:**
• Clear leaves and debris once trees are mostly bare
• Flush downspouts and confirm free flow
• Direct downspouts 4–6 feet from your foundation
• Check for sagging sections or loose brackets
• Trim branches over the roof

**Why it matters for your insurance:** Homeowners policies generally cover sudden, accidental damage, but damage from ongoing neglect or lack of maintenance is often excluded. A few hours of cleanup now helps protect both your home and your coverage.
