The Chad Berg Agency – Farmers Insurance is growing, and we’re looking for an outgoing, motivated Insurance Producer to join our team in Eaton!
We’re looking for someone who:

✅ Wants the opportunity to grow within the insurance industry
What you’ll do:
📞 Connect with prospective customers
🏠🚗 Quote and sell home, auto & other insurance products
🤝 Build relationships with clients and referral partners
📈 Develop new business and grow the book
💬 Provide exceptional customer service
🎯 Work toward individual and agency goals
Insurance experience is a plus, but not required for the right person. We’re willing to help the right candidate learn the business and obtain the necessary licensing.
