Watch Your Mail for Your New NexTier Debit Card!

Riverside Bank customers can expect their new NexTier Bank Visa® Debit Card to arrive during the week of November 2.

Here's what to remember:
• Activate your new card by calling 1.844.373.1730 when it arrives.
• Begin using your new card after 5:30 pm on Friday, November 13.
• Your existing Riverside debit card will stop working after 4 pm on Sunday, November 15.

Temporary card limits will apply during the transition weekend. Keep an eye out for more details about using your new card.

Important Reminder for Riverside Customers: Bill Pay

Planning ahead can help you ensure your payments are made on time.

• Friday, November 6: The last day to create new Bill Pay payments before the transition.
• Payments will process through November 13.
• Payments scheduled for after November 13 must be recreated after November 16 using your new enrollment.
• New Bill Pay payments cannot be created November 6–16.

Please arrange alternative payment methods as needed to keep your bills on track.

The operational merger between the two banks is expected to occur the weekend of November 13th. Riverside Bank of Dublin customers will be able to access all NexTier products, services, & locations beginning on Monday, November 16, 2026

The legal merger occurred at the close of business on August 31, 2026.
