The legal merger occurred at the close of business on August 31, 2026.

Over the next few months, very little will change with your everyday banking. The name on the outside of our Frantz Road and Bridge Park offices will change in the coming weeks, but the following will remain the same:
• Your deposits remain safe.
• Your Riverside Bank of Dublin debit and credit cards continue to work.
• Your current checks continue to work.
• Your direct deposits go uninterrupted.
