Brad brings more than 15 years of experience across treasury management, payments, digital banking, and deposit strategy. Throughout his career, he has helped lead the implementation of innovative solutions including Zelle and Real-Time Payments (RTP), helping financial institutions enhance the client experience through more efficient and modern banking capabilities.

In his role at First Western Trust, Brad will help lead the strategy, development, and delivery of deposit products and solutions designed to support the needs of high-net-worth clients and businesses.

Before joining First Western Trust, Brad held roles at FirstBank, Pacific Western Bank, First American State Bank, and CoBank.
