(FPSB) is a nonprofit association that manages, develops and operates certification, education and related programs for financial planning organizations so that they may benefit the global community by establishing, upholding and promoting worldwide professional standards in financial planning. FPSB’s commitment to excellence is represented by the marks of professional distinction – CFP, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER and , also known as the CFP Marks. FPSB works in conjunction with its members to develop and promote rigorous international competency, ethics and practice standards for CFP professionals in member territories to ensure that consumers looking for qualified financial planners understand and value CFP certification. 🌍 Our global gathering is shaped by the people who share their knowledge, experiences and ideas.

As the FPSB 2026 Global Meeting concluded in London, we want to recognize the speakers, moderators, panelists and Network colleagues whose contributions made three days of learning and collaboration so valuable.

We are grateful to our speakers, moderators and panelists from Accredible, Black Arrow Cyber, Financial Technology Research Centre, Financial Times Adviser, Foster Denovo, International Organization of Securities Commissions, the Professional Association Research Network and Strategic Wealth Partners for sharing their expertise and fresh perspectives with us.

We also thank our Network colleagues from Canada, China, Chinese Taipei, India, Malaysia, South Africa, the U.K. and the U.S. for sharing best practices and practical insights that can support the continued advancement of financial planning worldwide.

And a big thank you to CISI for hosting us in London, and to everyone who contributed to the conversations and ideas that made this year’s Global Meeting so meaningful. We look forward to building on this momentum together.

🌍 A forward-looking finish to the FPSB 2026 Global Meeting in London!

Today’s sessions focused on preparing the financial planning profession for the future while strengthening human connections that are central to providing financial planning advice.

Leaders from across our global network explored how professional standards, guidance, education and practical skills may need to evolve as artificial intelligence becomes more widely used in financial planning.

Discussions emphasized the importance of integrating AI responsibly and effectively while continuing to strengthen professional practice and client trust.

The day also highlighted the growing role of Psychology of Financial Planning as a core area of knowledge for financial planning professionals. By better understanding the behaviors, attitudes and emotions that shape financial decisions, CFP professionals can build deeper client relationships and deliver more effective financial planning advice.

A panel discussion on women in financial planning explored how we can continue to strengthen opportunities for everyone across the profession and offer greater choice to the clients we serve.

🤖 Innovation and collaboration shaped today’s conversations at the FPSB 2026 Global Meeting in London as leaders from around the world gathered.

Drawing on FPSB’s 2026 Impact of AI global research, leaders explored how artificial intelligence is reshaping the practice of financial planning worldwide -- from improving efficiency and client relationships to addressing the responsibilities that must guide its use, including data privacy, cybersecurity, accuracy, education and training.

Attendees heard how Financial Planning Association of Taiwan (FPAT) is supporting CFP professionals and working with government and media to advance CFP certification in Chinese Taipei, strengthening its position as a leading financial planning organization in this territory.

Executives from FPSB China also shared practical insights from its 13th Financial Planning Competition, where 25,000 participants used in-house AI tools and agents to address real-world business challenges to develop a diverse range of solutions.

Together, the sessions reinforced the value of bringing global evidence and experiences together to support responsible innovation, strengthen trust and keep clients’ best interests at the heart of financial planning.
