An airline industry career gave Thomas a strong foundation in customer service, which he has drawn on for more than a decade as a mortgage planner. Surrounded by outstanding team members and coaches, he's built a competitive advantage that enables him to efficiently navigate the complex loan process for clients. "Each transaction changes a family's life and impacts the community as the kids become
adults and buy their first homes," he says. "Wi c th that in mind, I focus on being a great problem solver and I welcome challenges, because resolving them gets one more family the ability to have a home, build equity and stabilize their future." When Thomas isn't helping families finance their dream homes, he is spending time with his family. As an avid surfer for the past 30 years, Thomas has used what he has learned from the ocean to help his clients, to ride the wave with patience and ease.
