Traditional Agents have one way to make money — a listing, a buyer, a commission — and when that one lane narrowed, so did everything else.

The agents who did fine had options. A wholesale deal when a listing fell through. An off-market property to bring an investor. Equity building in the background while commissions were slow. Same market. Same hours. Completely different year.

You work anywhere your license allows, in whatever part of the business is moving.

Ruby has been a licensed agent in Dallas Fort Worth since 2018, with time at Mark Spain Real Estate and eXp Realty. She has also been investing in real estate herself since 2020 through her own company, so she has sat on both sides of the deal.

Now she is joining Myers to build her own real estate investment business, working directly with investors on off-market deals, fix and flips, and rentals across DFW, backed by the training, deal flow, and mentorship our agents use to earn more.

Why Myers? Asa Menchaca's answer: every agent here becomes an investor. Buying your own deals is encouraged, not taxed. And the commission, 60% on acquisitions and 20% on sales to start, means it makes zero financial sense to work at any other wholesale brokerage. The numbers say it. There is no debate.
