Historically, the best buys don’t come from peak liquidity. They come after it dries up:
• Basis resets below replacement cost
• Higher going-in yields
• Forced sellers creating real price discovery

That’s not a low-return setup. It’s a high-selection one.
Promotes won’t disappear — they’ll be earned again.
Returns won’t vanish — they’ll be realistic again.
