Wow! 97 net promotor score is a measure of customer service, and specifically how likely someone is to refer a business to someone else. 97/100 is insane for the mortgage industry! Our industry’s average is about 16/100. 🤯 This tells you our clients and referral partners feel VERY well cared for.

This summer, Highlands reached record production and continued to grow—all while maintaining an extraordinary Net Promoter Score of 97.2.

That score reflects the experience our clients and Realtor partners have with Highlands, from the loan officers guiding them through the process to the teams behind the scenes helping each loan move forward. Even during a season of tremendous growth, our people continued to show up with the care, communication, and service our clients and partners count on.

There’s been a lot of growth at Highlands in 2026!

In the first six months of the year, we welcomed 10 new branch locations and more than 50 experienced Loan Officers, expanding our presence into new communities across the country. We also celebrated our largest funded volume month in more than four years.

We’re excited about the momentum, but we’re just as focused on growing the right way, with great people, strong local teams, and the level of service our borrowers and partners expect from Highlands.
