oreclosure auctions just hit their highest level since early 2020, and Houston and Dallas ranked #1 and #2 in the country for repossessions in August. 🏠

This isn’t 2008. Overall foreclosures are still below pre-pandemic levels. But almost half of these auctions are loans made in 2022 or later, and Texas forecloses faster than any state, about 155 days on average.
