🚨 IMPORTANT NCTHFC FIRST HOME PROGRAM UPDATE
We’ve been notified that the Non-Targeted Area allocation for the NCTHFC First Home Program has now been fully allocated.
The good news: approximately $4 million in Targeted Area funding remains — but these funds are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
🏡 Buyers purchasing an eligible home in a Targeted Area may still have access to 3.5% grant assistance a non repayable grant that can be used toward down payment and/or closing costs.
Targeted Areas Advantages:
✓ Higher household income limits
✓ Higher maximum purchase-price limits
✓ No first-time homebuyer requirement
Not sure whether a property falls within an eligible Targeted Area?
Send us the address. Our team can help determine whether the property is located within a qualifying census tract and walk you through the program requirements.
