5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Jenny Detweiler by Tracie C - 1st stepping into this process, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, what it would look like, and not having any knowledge about it, I was quite nervous. But it didn’t take long to see that I was in good hands. Jenny was always really quick to help guide me when I didn’t understand something, she was always available for methrough text, email, or even a phone call if I needed a one-on-one conversation. I don’t believe I ever had to ask how things were going, because I was kept up -to-date on things in a timely manner. I know this takes a team, and everyone I felt handled their role with this process in a very professional, kind and efficient manner. I never felt pushed in proceeding on anything, more importantly, I always felt comfortable with my choices and more importantly,I felt like Jenny wanted me to be comfortable, first and foremost. I was extremely impressed from beginning to end, even with the gentleman (Alec) at Stewart title signing papers, he was very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and very helpful with all my questions. My only, I don’t know how to express, it’s not a complaint, I realize in today’s day and age this is probably the most efficient way to do things, I just regret I not ever meeting Jenny. That would’ve been nice to have one face-to-face human interaction. On the flip side, I can say with confidence, if I requested that with Jenny, there’s not a doubt in my mind she would’ve been willing to make that happen. It was a real pleasure working with you all, I always felt safe in your hands, I will always highly recommend you.
