5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Jenny Detweiler by Tracie C - 1st stepping into this process, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, what it would look like, and not having any knowledge about it, I was quite nervous. But it didn’t take long to see that I was in good hands. Jenny was always really quick to help guide me when I didn’t understand something, she was always available for methrough text, email, or even a phone call if I needed a one-on-one conversation. I don’t believe I ever had to ask how things were going, because I was kept up -to-date on things in a timely manner. I know this takes a team, and everyone I felt handled their role with this process in a very professional, kind and efficient manner. I never felt pushed in proceeding on anything, more importantly, I always felt comfortable with my choices and more importantly,I felt like Jenny wanted me to be comfortable, first and foremost. I was extremely impressed from beginning to end, even with the gentleman (Alec) at Stewart title signing papers, he was very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and very helpful with all my questions. My only, I don’t know how to express, it’s not a complaint, I realize in today’s day and age this is probably the most efficient way to do things, I just regret I not ever meeting Jenny. That would’ve been nice to have one face-to-face human interaction. On the flip side, I can say with confidence, if I requested that with Jenny, there’s not a doubt in my mind she would’ve been willing to make that happen. It was a real pleasure working with you all, I always felt safe in your hands, I will always highly recommend you.
Thank you!

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Jenny Detweiler by Mary E - I am incredibly grateful to Jenny and her team at Supreme Lending, and I recommend them with a definitive 10 out of 10 rating. My home-buying process began with a different lender who unfortunately provided poor guidance regarding financial simulator paydowns and dispute accounts. This left me facing unnecessary obstacles, feeling discouraged and stressed about the viability of my loan. When I brought my situation to Jenny, she listened with genuine empathy and immediately stepped in with a strategic plan. Her prompt guidance prevented further complications and completely stabilized my loan process. Throughout the transaction, the communication from Jenny and her team was exemplary. They worked diligently to correct the previous lender's missteps, always taking the time to explain the rationale behind every documentation request and financial requirement. Their dedication was clear as they worked late nights crunching numbers and evaluating multiple properties until we secured the perfect home. Jenny and her team managed the entire process with the highest level of professionalism while remaining deeply encouraging and supportive. For anyone seeking a knowledgeable, reliable, and truly dedicated lending team, Jenny at Supreme Lending is the premier choice
