Closing Day! I love it when Stephanie and I get the opportunity to work together because our closing day ends up like a high school reunion. The lawyer (Leslie), the buyer agent (Stephanie) and the lender (me) on this purchase all went to school together. So great when this happens!

Stephanie and I worked with the buyers for nearly 2 years until they found the right house. So happy they finally found "The One"!
