At the rate of prices increasing now, why wait?
As interest rates trend down late this year & next year, as many economists predict, that will likely force home prices even higher.
Also consider If interest rates decline more buyers will be competing for the home you want then.
Now is pretty good as interest rates have come down from their highs & more inventory of homes currently available for you to choose from.
