He understood our timeline, the importance of getting the financing in place for us and closing on the date promised. We understood that there were some final documentation and appraisal steps that were completed on our Aug 3rd closing date. To keep our Aug 3rd closing on schedule, Noah made sure that all the internal approvals were secured to enable the closing to be completed and our home purchase closed.
This coordination of documentaiton and getting the funds transfer made on Aug 3rd was very important for us so we could keep our moving timetable on track, to enable us to have access to the property and to enable the sellers to have a completed transaction for their subsequent retirement purchase in Flordia.
Noah also took the time to explain all the key factors of the application, the financing, and the settlement statement.

I will highly recommend Noah to our family and friends as he took very good care of our transaction and ensured we were informed from beginning to end.
