I have been in the financial industry since 1990 and mortgages only since 1995. In that time, I have had the opportunity to work with awesome clients and develop lasting relationships with them! I love providing all types of loan products for home purchases and home refinancing and remodeling Those loan products currently include Conventional, FHA/VA, USDA Rural Home Loans. FHA for manufactured homes, 203K and 203K streamline program, Jumbo loan products, aggressively priced 3, 5, 7 and 10-year adjustable rate products as well as many others. I especially love helping first time home buyers navigate the home buying process. I am excited to be a part of the Guaranteed Rate team who is a leading innovator and one of the best run independent mortgage banking companies in the U.S. They share the vision of providing an efficient and professional experience for their clients and the entire home buyer experience. When I am not helping the branch help clients in their first home, or refinance or remodel, I love spending time with family, watching and playing sports, and spending time helping others in the community.

Home prices were up in more than three-quarters of the nation’s metro markets in the third quarter of 2026, with the average home price sitting at $432,900. The Northeast region (4%) led the nation in price appreciation, followed by the Midwest (3.6%). 21% of markets saw home prices decline in Q3, showing there's still plenty of opportunities out there for buyers.
